Deputy Store Manager - Candidate Pool Ulster

We will be in touch once a role comes up in one of your preferred stores if we think you would be a suitable candidate. With your consent, we will then add your application to that open role! All sensitive data will be automatically removed from our applicant tracking system after 6 months or when requested.

With over 5,000 colleagues across our stores, warehouses and offices in Ireland and Northern Ireland we are a big and ambitious team. We know our people are our greatest asset and our success is down to the commitment and dedication of our team.

If you have a fresh outlook, customer focus and the appetite for a fresh challenge matched by the desire to learn and succeed, then this is the opportunity for you. Our structured training will give you responsibility from day one, and help develop your commercial know-how through hands on operational experience.

Please note that as part of your application you will be asked to complete a numerical and verbal reasoning test, designed to provide us with a more in-depth understanding of your skills and your potential as a member of team Lidl.
