Apprenticeships
As an apprentice you will be working with experienced staff to learn and develop your skills as well as receiving ‘off-the-job’ training, usually 2 hours per month with a training provider, to work towards achieving a vocational qualification in Customer Service.
Your training provider will meet with you and your TDM to discuss your training needs and will then develop a training programme for you. They will be with you every step of the way throughout your apprenticeship to support you and make sure you are making progress.
The training will take place in your store and you will be paid for your time spent with the training provider.
Please note that as part of your application form you will be asked to complete some questions
designed to provide us with a more in-depth understanding of you and your
reasons for applying for the apprenticeship.

Criteria
