The Customer Service department are a centralised team which supports the operations of our over 200 stores across Ireland & Northern Ireland. Our award winning customer service team play a vital role in supporting the business with solutions for our customers and our teams that create value and make a difference. Our goal is to empower our teams to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction, responsible for managing all of our communication channels and delivering an exceptional customer experience on each and every interaction. We act as the voice of the customer by driving our customerFIRST agenda across the business to continuously improve systems and processes which enhance customer experience and business efficiency whilst also playing a vital role in sharing customer service expertise and business intelligence to key stakeholders. Working at the interface between us and our customers in this busy department you will also be charged with giving customers the correct information they require about our stores, products and services; actively resolving customer complaints; responding to customers’ queries and suggestions; ensuring the health and safety of customers; and collating information to help minimise future risk. As a skill set, you will need active listening, empathy, problem-solving and excellent communication.
