Our Marketing department plays a crucial role role in connecting with consumers and also delivering upon the strategic goals of the company in both the short and long-term.  The team creates billboards, radio ads, TV adverts and more. Personnel within the marketing division is comprised of individuals from specialist backgrounds in the areas of research and insights, media planning, brand strategy, creative design, social media management, data analytics, e-commerce and promotions.  The speed of the grocery retail sector combined with the extreme competition within the grocery sector means the marketing department need to operate in a highly efficient yet innovative manner.  This makes it one of the most interesting and dynamic areas of the business.  There are numerous types of marketing campaigns and activities conducted by the marketing professionals at Lidl.  For example projects, may vary from supporting a new store opening, co-ordinating our incredible weekly offers within leaflet to launching a national LGFA brand campaign. Our Marketing team is very much the face of Lidl, and you could become part of it.
