Come along to our Recruitment Open day in our Nutts Corner RDC on Thursday 9th May between 1pm-5pm. Please note that all applicants must be available to work a minimum of 3 days a week.

What you'll do

• Move, pick, and load all food types and non-food products 
• Ensure stock is received, stored, packed, and transported according to the highest standards
• Work in both ambient and temperature-controlled environments 

What you'll need

• Comfortable with operating moving equipment 
• A flexible can-do attitude 
• Preferably, experience within a warehouse environment 
• A good team player

What you'll receive

Through our salary system, we ensure pay equality across all positions at Lidl

• £11.60 per hour rising to £13.50 per hour after 3 years 
• Additional supplements paid depending on the days & hours worked 
• 25% additional pay for any unsocial hours worked
• 50% supplement for any hours worked over 40 hours
• 50% supplement working on a Sunday
• 29 days holidays per annum (pro rata, including Bank Holidays)

• Basic Rate £11.60
• £14.50 (Unsocial Hours)
• £17.40 (Overtime/Sundays)

Year 2

• Basic Rate £12.20
• £15.25 (Unsocial Hours)
• £18.30 (Overtime/Sundays)

Year 3

• Basic Rate £12.80
• £16.00 (Unsocial Hours)
• £19.20 (Overtime/Sundays)

Year 4

• Basic Rate £13.50
• £16.88 (Unsocial Hours)
• £20.25 (Overtime/Sundays)
